Maggie is on a mission to make business a force for good in the world. In her more than 10 years at BCG BrightHouse, she has led purpose articulation and activation projects for global organizations across a variety of industries. Some highlights include leading a purpose-driven cultural transformation at one of America’s largest grocery retailers, helping an outdoor apparel brand rediscover its soul, energizing and unifying a siloed global consumer durables company, and developing the brand strategy behind an iconic and award-winning purpose-driven campaign. She also helped lead the launch of BCG BrightHouse’s Paris office and serves on the BCG Social Impact leadership team.
Maggie graduated with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, earning concentrations in international business and marketing. She lives in San Francisco with her husband, two kids, and a very lazy spaniel. She is an outdoor enthusiast, adventure traveler, and avid reader.
