Einstein once said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I think about that a lot. Real transformation means having the courage to do things differently, and the wisdom to bring your people along for the journey.
Tomi Eisenberg knows that the most rewarding climbs are rarely the easiest ones. After more than a decade guiding organizations through transformation, she’s learned that the summit – a culture that’s truly shifted, a team that’s genuinely energized – is always worth the ascent. The hard part? Convincing people to take the first step.
Tomi works at the intersection of purpose, people, and organizational change. She partners with leaders to design organizations that don’t just look different on paper, but actually feel different to work in, where culture shifts, behaviors evolve, and new ways of working genuinely take hold. Her conviction is that transformation only sticks when people understand the why behind it, connect to a shared vision, and are given the conditions to grow into it.
What sets Tomi apart is how she gets there. She leads with empathy, stepping into people’s shoes, understanding what they need and fear, and meeting them where they are. It’s an approach that makes change feel less like something being done to an organization, and more like something its people are ready to own.
Before joining BCG BrightHouse, Tomi spent nearly fifteen years in organizational consulting across Europe and Asia-Pacific. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
