Ashley is a wonderer. Her career at BCG BrightHouse comprises two chapters — one from 2003 to 2006 when she worked in our strategy department, fascinated by the potential of Purpose, and the next beginning in 2017 when she returned as CEO to lead our growth in capabilities, size, and bold thinking. Outside of BCG BrightHouse, her early achievements include authoring one of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young’s first digital strategies in healthcare and pioneering the digital marketing era at Genex.
Before her return to BCG BrightHouse, Ashley served as Group Account Director at Meredith Xcelerated Marketing and Chief Client Officer, NA at iris Worldwide. Her functional experience includes holistic digital strategy development, execution, and measurement, as well as strategic brand marketing, turnaround, and evaluation of strategic business opportunities. She holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.P.H. and M.B.A. from Emory University. Ashley is also an author of children’s books for each of her own kids to help them keep their childlike wonder alive.
