Niels joined BCG BrightHouse in 2019 as Executive Creative Director to build and lead our creative team in Europe. He is part of the management team in Berlin and is responsible for all creative content innovation throughout the process of uncovering purpose and initiating mobilization. His recent work includes unleashing the inner drive of a leading European mobility provider and expanding the meaning of care for a multinational manufacturer of personal care products.
Niels has over 20 years of experience as a creative leader in some of Germany’s most renowned advertising agencies. He has produced big brand campaigns for blue-chip companies in the telecommunications, retail, publishing, consumer goods, and automotive industries. His favorite recreational sport is running a stylus through the groove of a vintage vinyl record.
