Since joining BCG BrightHouse in 2019, Linda has led projects for some of the world’s biggest corporations across banking, energy, industrial, and consumer goods. While purpose is at the heart of her work, she specializes in transformation, employee engagement, organizational mobilization, and culture activation. Linda’s most recent work at BCG BrightHouse includes excavating and activating organizational purpose for a German energy company, as well as sustained engagements with a Middle Eastern oil and gas company, and a European luxury appliances brand. 

For more than 14 years, Linda has worked as a management consultant and researcher focusing on innovative and creative approaches to organizational development, transformation, and change. Before joining BCG BrightHouse, Linda worked for EY’s People Advisory Services as a senior manager. She has also held various marketing and advisory roles on the client side of the business. Linda is a yogi and foodie at heart. In her spare time, she can be found on a yoga mat or enjoying Italian and French cuisine over long, convivial dinners with loved ones.
