Jade joined BCG BrightHouse in 2018 after 13 years on the client side of some of the world’s biggest companies and brands, including Coca-Cola, Holiday Inn, and American Express. She loves deep insights and isn’t afraid to push organizations to follow them to powerful action. A collaborator at heart, she has stood side-by-side with government agencies, insurance giants, financial institutions, and healthcare companies to guide them on their journeys to more purposeful culture, strategy, and brand efforts. She leads BCG BrightHouse work in the healthcare and insurance sectors and has led more than 20 insurance and healthcare client projects across purpose, strategy, brand, transformation, communications, and ESG.

A New Jersey native with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Princeton University, Jade now lives in Atlanta where all the time she would have spent shoveling snow can be spent with her husband and two adorable daughters.
