It’s normal for humans to be cognitively lazy — our evolution made us value routines. So what is your organization’s compelling case for change?
Tim joined BCG BrightHouse Berlin shortly after its opening in 2018 to lead the office and build our team in Central Europe. With a background in psychology, Tim focuses on moving organizations forward through purpose, culture evolution, and employee activation. Over the last several years, he has been particularly engaged in key strategic moments such as transformations, integrations, turnarounds, and strategy activations for large corporations. He is a member of BCG’s Energy leadership team for Central Europe and has deep project experience in automotive, financial institutions, industrial goods, insurance, and travel and logistics.
Tim began his career by founding a consulting firm to help local media redefine their role in a Google world, later moving to the Boston Consulting Group to focus on innovation and consumer goods. He then joined Viacom (now Paramount Global) and MTV Networks, where he was part of the leadership team that famously pivoted the company from a GenX to GenY mindset. He most recently served on the management team of renowned innovation boutique Sturm und Drang and as Strategic Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures.
