Reading Mathieu’s novels will surely keep you awake at night, wondering what is wrong with his tortured mind — but working with him is a delight. Mathieu joined BCG BrightHouse in 2019 to open our office in Paris. Since then, he has been working to position the “raison d’être” at the top of the French business leaders’ agendas and to train future executives towards purposeful leadership at HEC School of Management.
Before BCG BrightHouse, Mathieu was a senior partner at BCG where he spent 20 years working mostly in the Energy sector. He founded the “Social Entrepreneur” Award in 2007 to demonstrate that it is possible to reconcile business and social impact. He lives in the City of Light but escapes as often as he can to visit his favorite mountains in Chamonix.
