An eternal optimist, Dolly believes in finding the good and that good things often come from unexpected places. She has been a leader at BCG BrightHouse for much of its history, pioneering the practice of purpose consulting and leading the development of innovative offerings. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies around the globe, has authored papers on purpose, and continues to serve as a key cultural and strategic leader at BCG BrightHouse.
An engineer by education, Dolly’s 20 years of experience have spanned corporate America and independent owners, providing her with a unique perspective for her clients. She holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Emory University. A Southerner at heart (and with a name like Dolly, how couldn’t she be!), she lives in Atlanta with her husband, Brenton, and daughter, Kiran.
