Real Impact, Growth, Culture and Work-Life Balance are 4 important aspects that employees look for in their careers within an organization1. Within these 4, culture plays an especially important role: People who know an organization’s culture and are also engaged with it tend to go the “extra mile” and feel more connected2.
But how can you nurture culture in a fast-changing environment? This was a question that David Bunzey and I kept asking ourselves when we were looking to add extra value to the organization during our Magic Time. How do we bridge the gap between knowing our cultural values and actually living the values in the most authentic way? How do you walk the talk, not just in client-facing work, but on a daily basis?
That’s where this experimental culture project was born. We wanted to create a visual reflection of our most authentic selves to remind ourselves and the future generations of thinkers how we live our values daily. At the same time, we also wanted to provide an invitation to the world to see who we are.

We’ve made a pilot and more episodes are in the pipeline. We want to expand this project not only to the Atlanta office but to Berlin and Paris as well.
Expect more soon. Until then, enjoy our pilot episode down below.
